Admission Policy

• An intellectual, psychiatric, developmental, traumatic brain injury, sensory, and/or physical disability. Some medical conditions that are chronic in nature may also meet eligibility criteria. 
• Must demonstrate & continue to demonstrate a desire and motivation to actively engage in job readiness skills & employment opportunities. 
• Be actively engaged in employment and career exploration, planning, and training. 
• Be at least 16 years of age. 
• Be able to move from place to place either on his or her own, or through the aid of assistive technology. 
• Have a Social Security Card and Photo ID.
• Must be determined to present no hazard to themselves or others.
